Got this through Google fast cast, which is a rip off. I canceled that since I never received the kit. I then received an email about the etax hotline, I then responded to them before the free trial period was over, stating that I did not want to continue or be charged the $19.95 fee. I was still charged even though I stated not to. Even worse, I can not dispute the charge because the have used a third party. This is just not right. read full review »
