When the customer service call on my Cell to offer me an $49.90 for Magazine. They never explain the remain balance of $900. They told me is only $49.90. I thought is $49.90 for all years long, their never told me is $49.90 monthly. I call customer service to cancel my membership, they told me I have to paid the remain balance of $793.00 able for them to cancel. I even offer them just take off $150 cancellation fee and I don't mind to paid that to get it cancel, but Therisa Supervisor told me no way to cancel unless you paid the remain... read full review »
