My name is Molly Bejarano, and in 2005, I filed a complaint with the Statre of Arizona and the Better Business Bureau against the Discount Blind and Shade Factory for check scam, and misrepresentation of quality of blinds at time of purchase compared to product delivered. Today, in 2009, I have blinds that are broken or do not work properly, and no way to contact them regarding my "Lifetime" warranty.
