I received a free gift certificate for $20.00 and used it for a sample 8 cigar sampler on May 22, 09 and is now 6/10/09 1 st time I had to call (2 weeks ago) said it was never mailed out and that he would send it out that day, I called a 2nd time just 3 days ago and told me they'd overnight it ; I still haven't received my order. I am sure they are legitimate but the 1800 # for the customer service / support is TERRIBLE! They need to be better trained in customer service and actually follow thru w/ requests. I am just thankful I didn't drop alot of $ on them. I will not buy from again! read full review »
