Hi my name is Scott Owens and i set up a website for my local football team, with my brother and thought that the service Homestead Tech were completely free, obviously due to FALSE advertising, and have now been charged 17.99 Pound Sterling onto my account, which hasn't got any money in anyway, therefore meaning that i have been charged overdraft as well, even though i do not have an overdraft on my account.
