I wish it mattered that I have taken the time to even make this complaint...I really do not believe this company will change as they and ALL others that provide these type of services have all of us by the short hairs...at any rate here goes...I have been a customer of Allegheny Power for 15 years...last year my bank account was comprimised by a identidy thief...I was unable to get to my money and unable to have any auto payments processed of which Allegheny Power was one.
