Our mortgage was recently sold to MGC. I was HOPING that they would be a step in the right direction after our horrible experience with our previous company (Ocwen). Unfortunately, that seems to not be the situation that is developing. After Ocwen notified us of the upcoming change-over, I expected to receive a "welcome" letter from MGC giving us our new loan number and other details.
