I signed up for the 7 day free trial, i needed to get a copy of my credit report. I tried to cancel the trial the second day and still have been trying to contact the customer service to cancel, after they took money from my bank account and caused me trouble with my bank. I tried to contact all 7 days, sat on hold for 30 minutes here, 15 minutes there, everyday.
