I called the day I received the product as I had left for a graduation on the other side of the state and had to attend family week at a rehab center. I was gone 1 week only and when I got home I noticed the bag with the product and called the company to cancel however I guess that their 14 days equal 7 days by their calendar because I was charged $88.00 via my credit card and when I called to dispute this I was informed that they do not give refunds and I and SOL.
