Once ordered was given an e.t.a. - did not receive, called and they extended the trial period. Before trial period was over tried to call to get return information was on hold each time for 10 to 15 minutes and spoke with one customer service representative and when I told him what I needed he switched me without saying a word and Iwas on hold again and somehow was connected with others trying to reach supervisors then eventually cut off.
