While attempting to set up on-line bill pay for our Qwest account, I noticed on the last page of my bill charges for $14.95 from ESBI for Enhanced Telecommunications. To learn more about this company and it's services and charges I "googled" them and saw many different alerts and or fraudulant claims against them.
