I refused to sign up for a one-year contract with yellowpages.com after excessive phone pressure. I was told that all I needed to do was give them my account number for monthly payments ($450.00/month), and it could be activated by voice authorization right there on the phone. They kept pushing me toward authorizing it "instantaneously" by voice. I delayed and postponed three times.
