I have never come across a buisness that has been so corrupt. The entire service staff and owner Jim, are thugs. This company installed our furnace on new construction, not by my choice but the builders. Furnace stopped working this winter, called Professional and they sent a tech out to the house by the name of Brian. Brian began to tell me what I needed to buy and began questioning things that were not related to what he was there to do.
