I orginally ordered the $4.99 trial offer. Like all the other complaints when trying to reach company to return was unable to. Got charged $78.81 and called and called. Finally got through - was given and RMA # and told I would get the $78.81 back. Never got it so called again. Was told I would get the refund. Instead the next day I got charged $83.80. I called again and they are telling me they had computer issues and could only see that I got charged once $78.81 and that they will refund that.
