I ordered a repair on my ECU car computer. They immediately charged my credit card. I sent in my broken ECU as instructed and then no contact. They don't respond to email and you can't get through to a person. All calls go to voicemail and nobody ever calls back. Now I'm out $259.00 and don't even have my original ECU. By the way, the website will not work correctly and charge your credit card then give an error. You won't even know your card was charged until you get the confirmation email.
