Thrifty Cars, not the rental company, in Clearwater must be put in the spotlight for terrible service to its customers. I was asked to leave my vehicle( my only vehicle ) for maintenance under dealer warranty. I was told that the mechanic will see my vehicle that day and fix the starter problem and transmission leak. I called at 4 pm and the car had not been looked at. I called at 6 pm and I was told that they were too busy and the car will have to be looked at the next day.
