I ordered dvd set from them 5/26/09 I did not received a order confermation number I have e-mail them 3 time once today 6/10/09 I have not received the product yet I want to know the status of it when will I receive it. There is know other form of contact except via e-mail which I did not realized until after I place my order which makes it susptious, I have let them know that I want a refund but do not thinks that is going to happen I check my bank account statement which has an account number and the phone # just goes directly to a voicemail... read full review »
