I contacted the customer service department on 5/25/09 & 6/1/09 regarding the shipment status of my item. The website indicates a response time of 1 business day. I have yet to receive a response. The item was ordered on 5/23/09 at which time my credit card was billed. I never received a shipping notification via email; even though the card was billed. If the card was billed a reasonable person would assume that the item has shipped. This is my first and last time using this company and I am extremely disappointed with the service.
