I cancelled my auto insurance with Nationwide and expected to get a partial month refund. I got instead a bill stating that I owe them for cancellation. Now this payment has gone to a collection agency. There is no where in my policy papers that stated that a fee would be charged if cancelled before policy period. I have had insurance with other carriers and cancelled and this has never happened. I have yet to see where in the contract this is stated. I need some kind of help to get rid of this amount that I supposedly owed or a refund of my partial month. read full review »
