this guy is clearly a rip-off and scam artist has F rating with BBB and has complaints all over the internet similar to mine. claims that product was damaged and he opened the box in front of fed ex, fed ex never contacted me about it looks like he uses the same trick on everybody just read some of the complaints . he claims that product (thankless water heater) is made in USA on his website, first of all it does not say that anywhere on the unit, second it does not meet plumbing code there for it is illegal to install... read full review »
