I did not want to start using the Nature Cleanse product until I received the Acai Berry product to use along with it. I had the date of future shipments extended 2 times because I had not received the Acai Berry. I had until June 4 to respond and I did call to say I hadn't been able to use the Nature Cleanse yet.
