I called this company based on an online ad for a used 2005 Volvo S60, and spoke to Jeff. I asked for a lot of detail about the car, and Jeff asured me, in a heavy Chinese accent, that Pepmore goes through each car, fixes anything wrong, and that the car was "in perfect condition".
