I made my payment on line at their website, it did not give me a comfrimation number so I called in to retrieve it. After waiting almost two weeks for the payment to be taken out of my account, I recieve a letter fromunt the company stating the payment was NSF. I checked my account the money was still there so I called them.They stated that I forgot a number on the account information, I stated no and asked what we could do about the Nsf fee.
