I have purchased not 1, not 2, but 3 Rowenta irons since 2002. The first 2 irons that stopped working I blamed on my son who was home from college using it each time. This third iron, a model DX6900 has a short in the power cord that goes into the iron. I can some time wiggle the cord to get the iron to power on. Today, it is completely not working. No more Rowenta irons for me. By the way, each iron I purchased at Target. In addition, I am not pleased that I could not make a complaint directly on the Rowenta website. read full review »
