I received three phone calls from this so called attorney's office stating that I had taken a Payday loan out 10-22-07. When I notified them that the named account wasn't opened until this year (09), they continued to tell me that there must have been a mistake in the computer that the actual date was 2-22-09. i was told that I had taken out a loan in the amount of $550.
