Tmobile
TMobile rebate offers are a total fraud. On September 20, 2010 I went into the TMobile retail store to upgrade my phone. The sales agent told me the phone came with a rebate. I submitted all the information. I received a letter claiming the IEM number was incorrect. That is a lie. It is the right number. I just called TMobile and the customer service representative told me this phone did not come with a rebate. Another problem I am having is with the calls. Internet, Phone and Cable
June 25, 2010 I took my modem into the Time Warner Cable and asked to have my phone and internet cancelled. I went online to view my bill and found I was still being charged for internet. It has since been corrected. The customer service is horrible. Hang ups, incorrect transfers, no knowledge of products, services or billing, and bad attitudes. Wait times on hold average anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. I dropped the phone service and internet. When it rains water leaks inside of my vehicle. One day I had half a buckle of water inside my car. There are over 50, 000 Dodge Neons with this problem. I have sent $300.00 in payment toward my car payment. They never applied any of it toward my payment. They applied $200 toward something else. The $100.00 they claimed it was not received. I have proof it was. I suggest people contact your Governor, Senator, House Of Representative. City Officials, write, call and bombard there office with complaints, this company has to be stopped. United States Postal Service
I have had two packages stolen in the month of August. One a webcam and the other cellulite cream. The postman claims he delivered these items. That is a lie. I believe either the postman or someone at that post office is stealing the mail. When I spoke to Travis he told me: "I can assure you the postman is not stealing your packages." Another lie.
