DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not work with you when you need help. We went for a loan modification and the "Loan holder", whom they don't know who it is, re did our mortgage, we assumed to lower our interest rate or stretch out the loan, came back with a $530.00 charge and raised our loan by $41.oo a month! For the entire 30 year mortgage, and we only owe 3 months! They will get over $1o, 000 back as the loan is now written up.
