I received a call in November stating my daughter had indicated she was interested in getting SAT prep materials. After listening to your telemarketer, I agreed to get the CD. Upon receipt of the CD, I promptly called back the SAT and ACT centre and returned the Cd, seal uunbroken. I have been waiting since November for a creidt. YTo my dismay, I have been advised by my creidit card company, BOA Visda, they willnot refunds the money due to it being too long of a time frame.
