I ordered a computer from Dell on 5/17. This date was then set back 3 times the last being to 6/26. I talked to a customer service rep after the second delay. This person was obviously a foreigner and a bit hard to understand. All of his answers were canned, like he was reading them. the words were the same every time it was repeated. It was obvious that all he knew was what he was reading on a screen. He said the computer was in such demand that production could not keep up.
