I ordered an extension for a baby gate from this company. It was shipped by a different company Tee-Zed with no order number or contact info. It was the wrong color and wrong height. I called Topman and got someone right away. He said so sorry, we'll send a call tag for the old one, and send out the right gate to you. Neither one ever materialized. My husband and I have called over five times between us and only get an automated system. None of our calls have been returned. I'm stuck with a gate extension that I can't use, and am out the 40 dollars. I really wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. read full review »
