My firm received unsolicited phone calls from New World Imaging (NWI) who is in the business of selling toner cartridges. The sales rep offered us a free toner cartridge to try out. We had the option of keeping the cartridge and being billed at a discounted price, or if we found the product unsatisfactory, we could return it without any payment due.
