On February 2, 2007, I entered into a 3 year lease agreement with BMW USA on a 2007 BMW 335i at Chapman BMW on Camelback. When I had received my first bill from BMW, I called the dealership to ask why my rate was higher than what was originally in the contract, and I was told that the sales tax had increased, thus raising the monthly lease amount.
