Since Dec. 22, 2008, I have been trying to get my cable, internet and phone service and billing as to what was promised. As of today 4-17-2009 I am being told that the bill will be $17 more per month than I was quoted after various credits given to me by various customer service people for delay in service. I first was told $110 a month, then with the delay in service I was given a $10 off for 6 months. Then another delay then given $20 off for 6 months and an additional $100 cash back.
