We received the Special Assessment Fee Statement dated 5/29/09 in the amount of $820.00 from Raintree Vacstion Club -- due July 15, 2009! We pay maintenance on even years and received a special assessment fee statement for $111 in January 2009. We had just paid our maintenance fee for 2008. Then another statement arrives for $820.00 due in July 2009!!!
