I ordered this product with a 14 day trial period. I didn't recieve the product until 10 days later, but on the 14th day after I placed my order I was charged $88. They refused a refund saying it isn't their fault it took the post office 10 days to deliver it, I say they have a habit of holding orders for a week before shipment so this happens to customers. So I had actually 4 days to see if I liked the product (which I didn't). read full review »
