I dropped by the AT&T store to purchase a shell protector for my iPhone. When I got home and opened the package I discovered that it wasn't new and was all scratched up. I called to speak to the store manager and he/she wasn't available. I explained the situation and asked that I be called back by the store manager. NO PHONE CALL. I called AT&T customer service and was placed on ENDLESS HOLD. There is no obvious way to submit my complaint in writing to AT&T.
