We purchased the body shaper (39.95) and 3 accessories (at 9.95 each) for a sub total of 69.80 plus 9.95 S&H for a total of 79.75. We returned all the merchandise and they refunded only 39.95. They claim the accessories were "free" and thus non-refundable. At no point is this merchandise shown as free on their web site. They merely stole 29.85 in spite of having all the merchandise back. read full review »
