After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for my Windmill Palm with 4 phone calls of long holds and personal who shifted blame among nearly never presently staffed departments, one of which even told me the item was shipped??? I was finally told the item was not in stock they do not know when it will be and yet they still offer it on their site. This business is shady at best. They claim their normal course of business is not to send email confirmations with shipping info or tracking numbers. Whaaat was I thinking, there are plenty of reputable nursery... read full review »
