I received a bill from AT&T and notice that I had a charge of 19.75 on my bill. The charge was from Legacy LD IntL. Inc. (800) 553-4218 I called the phone number and was spoken to very rudley by a woman who chose to be sarcastic instead of explaining the charges. I phoned again and was told that the charges are $10.00 for the first 5 minutes on a collect call.
