Iam so unfortunate to have ordered from EZ Bright/Hydro Labs on 05/21/09 a teeth whitening which I was not able to use. I called the customer service on 06/12/09 and cancelled my account but told me I was over the trial period and said I will be charge of $84.73 each month. I told them I have not even open/use the product and I will be returning it to them and request for the refund. They said it is not returnable and I can not get any refund.
