I submitted on an early Tuesday morning and requested to have it shipped out immediately. The order did not get shipped until Thursday. I called the manager to see if it were possible to get my order here quicker and she laughed at me. She continued to put down anything I would say. She claimed that she was trying to help me, but she wasn't. The customer should always be right, and she obviously thinks differently.
