The company sent a trial size but it took it two weeks to get to me after the date that they said they mailed it. Within days they had charged me for a full order of the same product and would not refund it. It took another 2 1/2 weeks for it to arrive. It did not have any information with it when it came, no phone number to cancel. After finally finding their number on the internet with the address on the full order I was able to get their 800 number to call.
