CVS employee took my credit card information to purchase 42-inch TV through OVERSTOCK.com. I had been contacted by CVS about my time share 5/28/09 and only 4 days later was contacted by the Fraud Department at Overstock.com about a suspicious order. They have my personal and credit card info, payment of $1886 upfront and I will not be signing their contract. I hope to get the money credited. Contract received from them leaves commission wide open for them--read the print. If you sign the contract which offers non refundable, non-disputable charge of $1886...plus commission. AND, they can terminate--you cannot. ENOUGH SCAMMING...I'm not done yet!! read full review »
