I was pestered on-line to renew my Norton antivirus account or it would expire. However, in trying to do so, the screen would block me at a certain point and I would have to begin all over again before the renewal was accepted and Norton was updated. Meanwhile, I was charged $69.98 X 3 on my credit card for each attempt I made. I want these charges removed and pronto! read full review »
