We ordered a stock item in very early March. We were quoted that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery from Quebec (16 hour drive from here). It is now June 12th (14 weeks later) and that item supposedly should be here Monday. There have been several issues. First, our salesperson was unable to reach an English-speaking employee after selecting the language as English on multiple occassions.
