We bought this Timeshare from Club Sunterra (now Diamond Resorts) in 2004. The loan is paid in full and the only obligation we have to the company are the annual maintanace fees. The fees are paid up for this year. I can no longer afford the annual fees and I contacted the company requesting to "surrender my timeshare". I have tried to sell the timeshare and even give it away but no one wants this burden.
