Bedbathstore.com total rip off & unprofessional! I ordered some pinched pleat drapes (2 pairs) $100.00, got the order confirmation via email, but 2 weeks went by, called in the AM & was notified they were on back order. Their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. I sent emails-never got a reply. Tried calling, left messages, finally after 2 hrs of non-stop redial I got a human & was so upset by that time I cancelled my order.
