Company was to charge 99 cents to my card and has not taken 99 cents but, two unauthorized charges in the amoutn of $87.13. They are not cooperating with me whatsoever. They are coming up with one bogus excuse after another. I demanded to speak to a supervisor (Mary Eldrige) whom then hung up on me when I was not sastified with her resolution. They are claiming that they cannot reverse any charges without a faxed statement of my accounting idicating these charges.
