Some man called my job today stating he was from a criminal law firm, he stated to me that I took out a loan in May 2008 using my checking account and he stated that I did not pay them. He then stated that I was to be at court on Tuesday. I never received any court papers what so ever. He proceeded to tell me my SS#, checking account # and routing number. I did not believe him since I knew I did not open up my checking account until months later. What am I supposed to do, he has all of my personal info and now I am stuck. Any help? read full review »
