We bought a Dvd Player Model DPA08055D to use in our car on vacation. The sound on it is so poor that you cannot hear the movie at all. After numerous calls, I forwarded the unit to their Repair facility in Pa. PSR Service and recieved it back saying they cleaned and repaired it and all functions work properly but on this type of player that is as loud as it gets.Nothing further can be done...I have only had this player for less than 4 months and am unable to use it and for the amount of money paid for it I think this is really poor customer... read full review »
